I have been telling myself to get back to the gym and running.  I finally was able to go back on Thursday. Since I hadn’t done anything since Saturday I was feeling good. I am going to be busy this weekend and won’t get to exercise much. Because of these two things I decided to go a little crazy since I would have more healing time. I skipped couch to 5k week five day one (three five minute running periods) and day two (two eight minute running periods) and just decided to try day three – twenty minutes of running with no stopping.  I went really slow and I did it! I felt really good and am not really sore today!  This was one major goal for me when I started. To be able to get on the treadmill and run for long periods.  Onto week six 🙂
